We pride ourselves in raising beautiful healthy Dogo Argentinos. They are raised with our daughters, 5 and 12 as well as cats. They are socialized with lots of people get lots of puppy playtime. They are pretty much potty trained and wine to go outside when they have to go potty. We have began training with simple key words like come puppy and sit. When I ask " are you hungry? Do you want food? They either sit and wag their tails or jump with excitement.
I have started with other training techniques such as "leave it" when they have something they should not, "mine" when it comes to something that they should not be getting into. They are extreme fierce hunters that were originally bred to hunt puma and wild bore. Our pups do show high prey drive and might not get along with other dogs or small animals.
