Purebred German Shepherd
Helping a friend who rescues German Shepherds. Purebred German Shepherds were rescued from a breeder in South L.A. who had fallen sick and had not been able to properly care for the dogs. Five young sable females approx 6 months old - two of them are strongly bonded. Four young solid black females approx 3-4 months old. One large sable male approx 1.5 years old. One solid black female approx 1.5 years old. One additional sable female approx a year old. Must have knowledge of German Shepherds and be willing to put the time in to allow the dog to adjust. They obviously were not being fed properly and need to put on some weight. They are sweet and very smart but a bit shy from lack of human contact. Best for a only-pet home as we do not have any knowledge of if they were properly socialized or trained. The breeder produced AKC registered dogs, and these dogs are very clearly purebred. Need a secure yard with tall fencing and the ability to spend time with the dog. These dogs need a calm, loving, secure home with someone who is willing to give them a forever home. None of them are spayed or neutered at this point. There will be a re-homing fee of $250/dog. For the two that are bonded, $400 for both. Re-homing fee to ensure dogs go to loving homes and to assist in rescue expenses. Please do not commit to one of these dogs if you cannot give them the time and devotion they deserve. Homes with acerage or a larger lot would be ideal as these dogs were raised in the country and have had no exposure to city life. German Shepherds need adequate space to exercise and thrive.
