Jasper is a happy 4 month old pup. His birthday is February 22nd, 2019. He loves to play with other dogs as well as cats. He is hypoallergenic. I got him to help with my anxiety but unfortunately I cannot keep him. I want to find someone who will love him as much as I do. All he wants is love.
