Recently Adopted Mixed Puppies Near Victoria
Great Dane Mastiff 1year on 2/1
Paid $800 for her, plus another $400 to have her shipped to us from Nevada. She’s spayed, has all her shots including Rattle Snake. We had all that done here at Cuero Vet.
Reasons we’re getting rid of her:
She too hyper.
We have cattle, she chases them.
She chases our chickens too.
She can’t be left unattended. We have only barbed wire fencing. She doesn’t know where her yard ends.
We got her because our Mastiff of 13 years died in February and my husband wanted another dog. She is very pretty. We had my mother in law go see her in Nevada and she gave us the all clear. She was in a home with several other dogs and kids.
I’m not sure how she would do around kids or other pets now that she hasn’t been around any.
She plays rough and nibbles. She chases cattle and chickens. So if you don’t have live stock and you have a fenced yard she should be good. Fence should be tall not waist height she can clear our barbed wire fence. She has a scar on her chest from where she didn’t.
Follows basic commands; sit, lay down, paw, other paw and turn around. I taught her find in the beginning but she’s hyper.

Whatever food she’ll have left. Currently 1/2 a 30# bag.
