Blue Eyed Sulfur Crested Cockatoo
Reluctant sale of my beloved pet Rocco. He is a fairly rare Blue eyed Sulfur Crested Cockatoo.....he has blue coloring around his eyes.
He's got a full coat of feathers......not a plucker.
The only reason for the sale is because he has totally changed since I had a baby.
It's been 5 months now and I was hoping he would accept the baby but, no luck.
Having a baby has adversely affected my relationship with Rocco......hence the sale.
He is a loving and caring pet but whoever decides to get him will need to be patient.
He has a good vocabulary and says things like:
- Lovely to see you
- I love you /I love you daddy
- Come here baby
- You going? Where you going?
- Eggs (he loves scrambled eggs)
- Good night
- What you doing?
He will nod his head when you show him food and ask him Want?
He will also shake if you offer your finger and say Shake!
HE is used to being by himself for most of the day but, also likes attention when I am around or have people over.
He will come and sit on your leg if you keep the case open, he also likes walking around the room.
He likes being scratched and petted.....he's not a big fan of baths though!
He eats a variety food like fresh fruit, whole grain bread, scrambled eggs, sunflower seeds, Roti (Tesco - Indian bread).
He has a microchip and registered, will transfer the details over to the new owner at the time of sale.
He comes with a cage fitted with parrot proof food and water bowls and toys, a small travel cage. I also have a spare cage which is bigger than the one he is currently in.....will include it for free.
