These are the problems untested pugs can have. These are detrimental to pugs and easily avoided. 4 Genetic disorders DM-PDE-PKD-PLL-
1.Degenerative Myelopathy -DM- is a disease that will make pug unable to walk at all or hold bladder.
2.Pug Dog Encephalitis -PDE-is seizures, loss of coordination, and lethargy.
3.Pyruvate Kinase Deficiency -PKD-is disease progresses in bones and liver are affected ultimately fatal.
4.Primary Lens Luxation -PLL- the lens dislocate or luxate leads to blindness.
It is fine for a pug to be a (homozygous carrier single mutation N/P) it will not effect them 0% of getting disorder. (Double mutation P/P) in your pet gives your pet a high chance of getting the disorder 25%-50%. You can research for yourself. I suggest checking out xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx

1. 100% N/N (Negative/Negative) Clear Pug will never pass the genes this is my goal breed perfect pugs!
2. Carrier pug N/P (Negative/Postive)

3. Affected P\P (Positive/Positive) this is every pug get from a puppy mill. They just don’t care. There’s 25% to 50% chance pug will die depending on how many disorders they have. No dog come from me will be P/P affected.
