Cooper -8 yo Black Lab Mix, 50 lbs
Cooper is a great dog, a well behaved 8 year-old black lab mix, just under 50 lbs. I have had him since a pup, originally from Humane Society of WI. He is well trained with all basic commands, and is good with all people including small children. He's energetic and active and loves walks, hikes, and playing outdoors. He loves being around people, and is a ham with anyone that will give him a good scratch.
The only reason for re-homing is due to behavioral issues with other dogs. He is aggressive toward other unknown dogs. Once he is associated with other dogs, he is good with them (used to have a 2nd dog, behaves well with extended family pets). I have 2 little children now and I do not have the time/resources to go through training or just risk the possibility of them getting between dogs in an uncontrolled setting.View Detail
