I am told that this sulcata tortoise I have is a female and around 3 years old, I’m not sure how true that is as she may still be to young to gender correctly. She is a very sweet and very active tortoise! She is currently still small enough to fit in your hands but in about a year or two she will double her size and be on her way to being the 90-100 lbs tortoise she is meant to be! African Spurred thigh (also known as Sulcata) tortoises are the 3rd largest species of tortoise in the world, so this girl will need a lot of space! But other than that she is incredibly easy to care for, give her some fresh veggies every now and then and she’ll LOVE you haha.
