Recently Adopted Scottish Terrier Puppies Near Kailua
CHRISTMAS DAY SCOTTISH TERRIERS PUPPIES
I have 3 Scottish Terriers...Rock, Ana, Roll. Ana and Roll are the dam and sire of my 6 puppies born on 10/30/23. We are bessed with 2 females and 4 males. All are healthy, gaining weight and crawling for exercise daily.
I am a retired flight attendant and a widow. My late husband and I moved to the Mainland during his late stages of Parkinson's. We got our first Scottie, "Lava Rock" in mid 2019. My husband passed in late 2019 ...I was addicted to Scotties. I got "Rolling Stone" in July of 2020 and "Anable Agate" in October of the same year. I now had my Rock, Ana, Roll. My crew and I returned to my home in Kailua, HI in June of 2022 with plans of breeding Roll and Ana. (One does not see many Scottish Terriers in Hawaii) Well, I am blessed and thilled to offer this great breed to people in Hawaii.
A small fact, the Scottish Terrier is the only dog to have lived in the White House with 3 different Presidents. FDR had two different Scotties; Fala being the most famous. Eisenhower had two Scottes and Ggerge W had Barney and Miss Beasley. Scottish Terriers are such a special breed. I delight in just looking at them.
I owned and showed Wolfpit Cairn Terriers for years in the Potomac Cairn Terrier Club in the early to mid '90's.. It was during my time in the show ring I became facinated with Scotties. It took me 2.5 decades of a dream to make this a reality.
My Scotties are delightful and eager to please. They all have wonderful dispositions. Scottish Terriers are known to be great "ALERT" dogs but ARE NOT incessant barkers. My three welcome my guest into my home. They actually clammer to see who can be the guest's favorite dog.
Your Scottie will come socalized and crate training will have started Your new puppy will come with it's AKC Registration; all we have to do is change ownership.
I do my own grooming...since Rock,Ana,Roll are only pets and not show dogs, I use a clipper. If you choose to show your Scottish Terrier it will need to be hand stripped to get the proper stiff outer coat.
Puppies are only 4 days old. More photos will be coming. They will be available to go to their forever home on December 25th. That is right, they will be 8 weeks old on Christmas Day. They will make the best Christmas gift ever!!
Price will be determined after evaluation when they are a bit older.
