Maverick is 18 months, fully housetrained, microchipped. He was born in Amish country. He currently is cut short from the summer but he grows big luscious curls which of course gets him a lot of attention, and he loves it! He's a people person - prefers playing with people or other dogs over toys. He's playful, intelligent, and very empathetic. He's a great listener (to commands). He isn't a picky eater and loves turkey tendon treats and milkbones. He trains very easily. He knows all basic commands (sit/lay-down/stay/come/leave it/no/get down/in (car)/get in the back(car)). He also will shake your hand if you say "paw" with your hand out. He's begun to learn "roll over" but isn't near acquiring that trick just yet. He'll move out of your direct path or away when you say "excuse me". He's a great little guy, I just have moved to a smaller place and I can only keep my mini poodle. He has alot of energy as all Doodles do. So he will do best with someone who can give him all the attention and exercise he needs. He has no destructive or aggressive behavior. I wish I could keep him but the right thing to do is to find him another home.
