As a fine artist and the love of art when searching for a breed that would suite my husband, a hunter and me, I came upon this beautiful dog and history of in a painting. what more fitting than that. These dogs will burn a beautiful spot in your heart like no other. Love, content, and they might mutter here and there, but those eyes.... This is our first liter, but not our first Spinone. You can’t decide to breed and that is it. This is an ancient hunting Italian breed and rare. There are AKC standards and SCOA regulations. My dogs went through the training, traveling, shows or the hunting field work. and the medical testing regulations. Not all of them were a fit and I had to start again. SO now almost twelve years in, we have learned a lot, and we made it to the breeding place. I can answer questions about my dogs or the ones that came before, or the breed itself, and I am still learning.
